Answers:
Stick with pads the first year, then try tampons again. Get the very thin ones. And wear a pad with it the first few times.
Yes it takes a bit of practise and you may need to get the right size for you.
take the cap off and put it in.were was the cap
there is a certian way to put it in for everyone, but if your not on your period there is no way that thing is going in this may sound gross to you but you need to be bleeding for a while before it is able to slide in other wise it will stick to you.
You may need to lubricate them with some petroleum jelly first before you try inserting them. Each box has instructions on them that tell you how to insert them. You would probably want to use the regular or light ones and never change them more often than once every 4 hours. It's best not to change them until you start to leak blood past them. And always remember to remove them when your period is done. Pads today are really different than they were when I was younger. Back then they were big and bulky, now they are thin and fit nicely. Good luck to you.
It's not a good idea to use a tampon when you're not on your period because it hurts like heck pulling it out of their when it's dry(rough). Use your finger if you're curious and want the practice. Tampons like OB require you to push them in with your finger anyways, and it will give you a better idea of exactly where and what angle it needs to go in at.
if you read the box it should tell you how to insert a tampon and i would stick with pads the first couple of times
you have to have the right size
