White bumps on areola?


Question:
When I was in the shower earlier my nipple started to hurt as I was washing and I noticed I have like three white bumps on my areola and a couple on the other side too. Only one of them is sore. I don't think I'm pregnant. I missed my last period [supposed to come the 20th], but I have no signs of pregnancy, and I had even taken a hpt but it came up negative. Any thoughts of what it could be? Or if I could be pregnant?
