This might bother some people, but i think 16 is ok if you are with someone your really care about, who respects you, who has no VD, and that you use protection AND birth control.
I lost it when i was 15 with the man i am still with today (that's what i mean by "really care about"). Make sure you are comfortable. dont do it just to lose your virginity, you might not regret it as much as people say if you do this, but it can be so much more meaningful. there is no shame in waiting for the right person to come along.
how much/whether it hurts depends on the woman. it didn't hurt me at all (tho u might be a bit sore after the first few times) and there wasn't any bleeding.

I believe you should only have sex on your wedding night, and if you are going to have sex before then, you should be old enough and responsible enough to raise a child if it happens. If you're not prepared to pay for the appearance of a kid, you shouldn't have sex.
I don't know what "duck lips" are, but I've never heard of them, or anyone who has had to have them because they had sex.
And, yes, it does hurt if you've never done it before, especially if you have your hymen intact.
Please don't have sex until you are responsible enough to, and if you don't take my advice and do anyway, make sure you use a condom to protect from STD's and preferrably the pill to protect from pregnancy. Condoms are known to have failed in that area.
