Water, exercise. Try a heating pad if there is one.
Drink a lot of water. Avoid anything with caffeine.
And if you can, exercise.
Exercising helps...try to do some sit-ups and other exercises that have to do with the stomach
dude im going thru the same thing right now but i do know pickles have sometihng in them that reduce cramps they give them to football players before they play otherwise just drink lots of water and do something active keeps the blood flowing
I don't know about you but I usually take a hot shower and try to strech a little bit. Check your friend's house for some menstural medicine. They probably have some and im sure that they would'nt mind you using it.
Well, I don't think they would mind if you found some Ibuprofen and took that. That will get rid of the cramps faster than anything else. If you're just not comfortable with that, then soak a hand towel in hot water, fold it up so it will fit in a gallon ziploc bag, and put it on your stomach.
even tho this may be the last thing you want to do, exersice. sip some hot tea, dont drink caffine, have calcium, and stretch. these work. ;-)
There are three things you can try. Stretching helps, I heard if you like pickle juice that it helps with craps and drinking water. Hope some of these help.
try to look around in their medicine cabinet or something and try to find some midol, or tylenol.
