well that does suck. One could hope that even though youre incredibly young, youd realize that by doing the deed so to speak in the back seat of a car, youre running the risk of being caught anyway. I would consider though just why his friends knew to walk by? Its wrong either way, but for him to have his friends walk by deliberately so he could prove something is entirely different. Its my humble opinion that you should dump him but in the end, its you who has to live with any decision you make. just be sure to consider every aspect of the situation before you make your decision.

It was very immature of him to give a thumbs up but then he IS only 16. I am sorry you have been embarrased. If people say he is too old for you then chances are that he is. You didn't say how old you were but if you are younger than 16 I would give some thought to backing off. I'm sure it is hard for you to face his friends but try to hold your head high and make more mature decisions in the future. Not being judgemental but you have plenty of time ahead.
If he's sixteen and that's too old for you then you have been committing a crime. If you are under the legal age of consent in your state/country then it's statutory rape.
