Is it normal if.?

my friends daughter who turned thirteen last july to not have her period yet.she is 13 and has not recieveed her period yet.is that normal or what?

Answers:
its normal. some get it at 10 or 16, or some never get it.
It's normal, girls get it at different times, from 9 - 19ish.
It's when boys get them that you have to worry.
I didn't get mine until I was alomst 14.
yes its normal. she should count her blessings for now, but if she has not had her period by 18 then you should start to worry.
