It doesn't depend only on your parents, but their parents too. Right now I would estimate 5'8"-5'10". Now go eat some ice cream! You're way to skinny. You should weigh 107-129. :)
You can gain height until you are 17. So don't worry youcan reach a height of about 5'7 or 5'8. If your mom also has a good height the chances are more bright.
At 2 inches per year you should be 6 ft by the time you are 17 and by the same reckoning you should be 6'4" when you are 21. In reality it's most unlikely that you will exceed your parents height but you should be a bit taller than your mum. I would guess you would end up about 5'8" unless you buy a stretching rack whereby the results are endless.
Girls usually stop growing around 12-13...so maybe another inch or two at most.
Oh and parental height doesn't influence your growth as much as you think. For example my dad is 5'7 my mom is 5'2 and my sister is 5'1. But i mean of course if both your parents are 7 foot you will be at least say 6'5 lol
btw 90 pounds for 5'4 is very underweight. You should be at around at least 110.
I kept growing taller til I was 19, everyone just does it at different stages. Not worried about your height, but you have to go have a cheeseburger, girl! You aren't going to grow taller if you aren't putting on some weight and getting proper nutrition!
