Need help with waist...?

Question:
OK, in the past year, I have lost a LOT of weight (around 60 lbs). I went from a size 15 to 5. Well, the issue I have now is that my stomach is kida saggy. When I lay on my side, it slopes to one side. At first, I thought it was still a little fat hanging around, so I began to really cut calories again. Well, I ended up with ribs, my spine, and hip bones sticking out...and the sag is still there! Some have told me that ab exercises will tighten it up...but I really hate crunches and usually forget to do them until I am almost asleep and like "crap!" Is it just stubborn fat that refuses to leave, or could it be loose skin? I know, it's kinda grose, but I am at a lose. I just want it gone...but no tummy tucks or things like that...don't want to spend the money nor have a huge scar...that would be just another thing to worry about. THANkS!

You might try yoga. It helps exercise your whole body, and you get into really interesting positions that you didn't even know you could. I love it because it stretches my body and keeps me flexible so I'm not always straining things when I play sports.

Oh, and there's also the Richard Simmons video collection lol. I know it sounds lame, but you have to remember how much weight that guy lost, and you get to learn a dance along with it.

I'm also in search of a strip tease work out that can help tighten my body. (no, I'm not trying to impress anyone special, an I don't think I would ever use the techniques execpt if I got married and wanted to spice things up), but I've heard it's a real workout, and it helps build confidence in women who are not happy with themselves because they learn that they can be sexy just by exercising.

Hope I've helped. Good luck.
fat is burned during strenuous work-out. however, it is believed that a person develops stretch marks after a time. if you were born fat, chances are, you will not be going any way thinner. but if it is because of undisciplined diet, then, we can still work it all out by exercise. in dieting, check first your dietitian so she can assist you with what should you eat..
Exercise i guess i mean that will be the only way if you dont want to exercise your flat outta luck
Well, when you had fat there, your skin had to grow to accomadate it.

When you lsot that fat, it was likelosing the helium in a balloon. The skin is still there, but it isn't filled.

I believe it is extra skin that once covered your fat, but now that that fat is gone, its just hanging there.
the best thing is to do ab workouts soon after u wake up. ur body will burn so many calories and help you gain healthy muscle.
leg lifts help a lot. lay on ur back and have someone stand next to ur head. grab their ankles and lift ur legs. make them push them down and then lift them back up without them touching the floor.
believe me these work.
dont do too many as you can pull ur abdominal.
good luck!
