Pretty much, most camping parks are very aware that women like to go camping and OFTENTIMES aunt Flo likes to be there too, and they accommodate by providing the proper facilities to throw away your stuff without it being so obvious to the world that you're menstruating.
Don't worry, we all go through it, handle it differently and come out of it alive. If there isn't anything, just take a few plastic shopping bags with you to put your napkins in, put your pads in zip-lock bags and then throw the whole "collection," out when you have a chance. No one needs to know what you're doing, do what's best for you and just think that it's a normal thing because it is.
