Side effect from the Pill?

Question:
OK, i will give you a quick background of whats happended:

Been on the pill for 4 1/2 yrs
Stopped taking it about 2 months ago
Had unprotected sex during this time
Pregnancy test negative
Re Started taking my pills about 1 week ago
Have not had period in like 3 months

Ok, so my problem is, now i am feeling really nauseated, like not throwing up just dont feel well...could this be from totally stuffing up my pills or is it possible to be pregnant and this is a side effect from taking pills and being pregnant..

I dont have any other signs of pregnancy so i doubt i am, i just wanna know why i feel unwell...

Answers:
Expect to have screwed up cycles and side effects in teh first three months, same as if you had just started the pill. If they don't go away, then you may need to change pill.

The pills won't harm a baby if you do happen to be pregnant - it would suck if you got pregnant from stopping the pills because you thought you might be pregnant but weren't.

You might just have a virus.
if your worried about being pregnant go and do another test just to be sure. as for the possibility of a side effect, i would advise you see a doctor as it might be but it also might be caused by something else.

I hope this helped :)
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon
Take a pregnancy test. While it can be a side effect of BC, you probably would have had simillar effects the first time you were on it. You should take BC for a month before having sex without using backup (aka. condom). Good luck.
