To begin with both of you are way too young for sex, and because you obviously have no clue about what you are talking about that is even more reason not to be fooling around with each other. You don't get pregnant by getting sperm on your hands, unless you touch the vaginal area with that hand while the sperm is still fresh and alive on it. Young girls always have irregular periods. You two need to talk to your parents about sex and you need to not be touching each other, period.
The last time i checked, getting pregnant has nothing to do with sperm on your hands.. the sperm has to go in the place where you put your much to young penis into in the first place in order for her to become pregnant...
You sound too immature to be ready for sex. If you continue, please us protection, like a condom. If the sperm was just on her hands, she can't get pregnant. If your sperm went into her vagina, it is possible she is pregnant. If she is as stressed out as you about this she could actually be preventing her period from anxiety. Okay for one no she cannot get pregnant from getting sperm on her hand but she can get pregnant if she touched the vagina area or inserted her fingers while the sperm was on her hand . But no if she washed them she's alright. Now about missing her period there is a chance she might be pregnant but she also can just still be late . That happens sometimes .
