Clothes Pins for Nipple Clamps? (on Female)?

I feel great pleasure by using clothes pins on my nipples. i need to know how long i can keep them on... like "per shift"... and how many "shifts" per day. really specific please! also include dangers, disadvantages... the whole shebang... thanks :)
