On the pill & i have a question ,?
Question:
Is the whole two periods in one month thing something normal ? or should i be worried ?
Answers:
Your cycle may fluctuate while you are on the pill, especially during the first year. However, it sounds like maybe this isn't the pill for you. I would call your doctor and let them know what's going on. They can help you find a contraceptive that will work better for you.
But to answer your question, it is normal and you shouldn't be too worried. If you are taking the pill regularly and at the same time every day it's highly unlikely that you're pregnant. The bleeding and cramps are just side effects of the pill. They don't mean that it isn't working or that you're unprotected. But, like I said before, you don't have to live with these side effects. There are lots of options out there. Talk to your doctor.
The one day of bleeding would be called breakthrough bleeding. Call your doc and let him know you are having this as he may want to change the pill you are on.
You may need a lower dosage of pill.
i'm pretty sure you'll be fine. talk to your gyno, and everything should be peachy. and you probably aren't pregnant, because you're on the pill. although my mom had me AND my brother while on the pill...
you can have breakthrough bleeding on the pill. checking with your doctor is a very good idea. and just remember that the pill is not 100% effective, and even if your boyfriend is pulling out, some sperm are being released inside of you. good luck.
