Can i take DUROMINE when iv missed so MANY?

i have taken half a sheet of tablets out of the two that came in the box..then i kept forgeting an for the other half id take randomly..maybe every few days..now i still have the second packet left and i havent taken them for like 2 months..i forgot i had them...so is it okay to start this one and i will take them everyday

Just make sure that you only take one a day, and don't take them in the afternoon as they may cause you to have trouble sleeping.
