Period help!! IM SO FREAKED OUT!?


Question:
ok well im on my second period of my entire life. and my first period was super light
now i feel like im gushing blood like crazy!! i have to change my pad like every hour and a half
is this normal?!?!?!? help me
and plus my friends are flying in tomorrow to visit me from california(im in florida)
[[[-oh yeah && by the way im about to turn 14-]]]
plus my cramps are so horrible
how am i supposed to cope at theme parks && stuff
& how am i supposed to go to the beach!!
my mom won't let me use a tampon & with such a heavy flow im afraid ill leak straight through no matter what i do!
plus i dont want to sneak a tampon in because im clumsy and i have no idea what im doin & im scared i will hurt myself
i really dont want to ruin this trip!

when you're at the amusement park use a heavy flow pad, but before that swallow a menstrual relief capsule like Advil. if you want to get in the water, YOU HAVE tO WEAR A TAmpon!!
You should use a tampon. If you have it in there right, it doesn't hurt. It makes life so much easier. It really is better.

Pose the problem to ur mom and get a solution from her.
Your okay! Girls always seem to worry about there periods but they are okay! It may seem weird but thats just how they are. Trust your body and it will be fine. Anyway you NEED a tampon. Talk to your mom and tell her about it and how you feel. If you still doesn't let you use one, you need one, so maybe tlak to another trusted adult that can help you. Because you really have to have one.
