you should wear a pad when you first get your period for about 6 months i like always but after that you can use tampons and tampax pearl are good ones
tampons..pads make it feel like u got a diaper on...get tampax pearl
pads if u just started...and tampons if you have had it for at least 6 months...pads it doesnt really matter what brand...but tampons i recomend tampax pearl
tampons!! omg my best friend! i wouldn't recommend them if you've only started getting your period!! But they are amazing make you feel your not on it!! However you have to change them every 8 hours!!! I don't wear them to bed i use pads the always night ones or anything with a flap or if i'm lazing around the house i use pads just not to be using tampons all the time!! I recommend the Tampax multi pack cause you'll have super normal and lite for the diff times in your period!!

well i think tampons are more comfortable. you dont even relaize you have your period with them. i wouldnt wear them to bed though! use pads for that. i suggest stay free drymax ultra max. they work great. i like think pads. they need to be changed more often, but so much more comfortable. also, if you decide to try tampons, i suggest using playtex gentle glide. they are plastic, not cardboard, therefore easier to insert. goodluck!

If you've just started your period though you really should start with pads. After a few months you can try tampons.
If you are just starting then pads. tampons take practice if you have never used them. they make thin pads so it doesn't feel like you are wearing one. i personally use tampons its a bit cleaner.

am 16 got mine at 14 i have always used them and aways will they are a girls best friend when she is on her period.
Pads are good for the first period but then try tampons..playtex sport or gentle glide.
