Everyone is different. But if you haven't grown any I'd say yes. But if you mean like wax or shaving or something. No that's okay.

Yes, unless she is shaving, she has delayed puberty and should be seen. A 15 yr old female should already have pubic hair, axillary hair and some breast development.

If you cannot grow any, than yes it is ABnormal. But probably nothing to worry about.

No it is not un normal just a late bloomer like I was and believe me be thankful because now I have to shave and it sucks.
