It really does sound painful. Were you having sex on the beach? I can't think how else it happened. Never mind... Drink lots so that you pee often and that should help some. Vaginal secretions will bring it out and you will probably find you have heavier discharge as a result. If not, go to your doctor, because you could get an infection.

i did at the beach by accident i took a bath and it came out that way but that might not always work if you cant get it out i recommend going to a doctor
drink a lot of water then pee it all out as hard as you can
or you just have to get in there and wash it all out
a thural shower
Vinegar & water douche, if you use the small premeasured ones might take more then one, but be careful as to many are bad for you also. Just gently flush it away.
