Sperm and tummy acid don't mix very well, just ask those people who have had to have their stomachs pumped because they swallowed too much of it.
No it wont make you pregnant. Pregnancy happens when your egg meets the sperm in the tubes of your womb/uterus. This can only happen when sperm goes near or in your vagina. Swallowed sperm will only end up in your gut and faeces. The danger is sexually transmitted infections if your partner has any.
