Rochelle, you could have one or more things going on. You may be worried you are pregnant, but not necessarily. Instead of guessing, a doctor can put your mind at ease and figure out what is going on.
Sounds like your pregnant. Take a test, if you fail you should immediatly go to the docter.

well that all sounds like your pregnant your vomiting may be the morning sickness or just being sick from it if your feet are swelling and getting itchy thats the start of feet getting wider from pregnancy putting on weight is from the baby or fetus and your breasts are getting bigger thats why they're hurting so you may be pregnant
get a test then go to the clinic

but you could be thinking about it soooooo much that your having a phantom pregnancy (its not real) its just because your thinking about it so much.
but to clear your mind go see a doctor, it could just be something else or a numerous things.

Sounds like pregnancy. But, you should know if there's a chance that you're pregnant. If there's a man in your sexual life, a very good chance. If not, then I would be worried. If you know you can't be pregnant, go to the doctor immediately. If there's a chance, take the pregnancy test, and if comes out negative, go immediately.
