Question about my birth control pills?

Ok i take ortho tri-cyclen lo I have been on them for a few months now. I take my pills at night before bed. On Friday night i dropped my birth control pill and lost it so i went and took the next pill which was for saturday so this way i would just be a day early on my period. On saturday (yesterday) my husband and i were intimate twice (sexual intercourse). Last night i opened my pill case and i guess i forgot i was a day ahead and i thought that i had already taken that nights pill. So what are my chances for being pregnant..since i didnt take my pill the night after i had sex.? I plan on just taking "sundays" pill tonight. thanks!

Just follow the precautions for a missed pill.
The most risky time for missing pills is in the week before or after the hormone-free placebo week.
