they will not tell your mom anything..this is confidential stuff. just tell them you would like to keep it confidential. dont worry about it, these doctors are professionals, they just test you for std's and normal stuff to make sure everything is okay down there. best of luck =]
if she has you go to gyno then usually the doctor will just talk to you and ask you a bunch of questions about your sexual history and your period. if you arent having sex i dont think theyll do any tests/checks. if you are having sex she will do a regular check for std's and any abnormal findings. you dont have anything to worry about. most doctors usually are really comforting about things like that especially on your first visit.
