I'm not having a baby or on my period but my breast are kinda sore?

Question:
i know i don't have breast cancer so is this normal? my breast are only sore when pressure is put on them for example when i lay on my stomach. is this normal? why? also i have little bumps around my nipple? once again not breast cancer so what is it and is it normal?

Answers:
well seems like the others answered your question quite well already but i wanted to add one thing. caffene. to much soda or too much coffee, chocolate even. will cause your breast to be tender. i have this problem when i get one a coffee kick. slack off the caffene for a few weeks and see if that helps.
bumps around the nipple, yes normal ... sore to the touch ... yes it can be normal ... have you gained weight? is your period coming soon?? maybe you slept wrong last night, your bra was too tight didn't fit right ... could be a few different things ... but both are normal ..
well, if you are referring to small flesh colored or whiteish bump around your nipples, then yes they are normal and most women have them. Its just how that area "the areola" is made.

As far as breast soreness, could you possibly be ovulating? This happens about mid way thru your cycle and some womens breasts get sore during this time. Also, they get sore up to a week before your period due to hormone changes.

Hope this helps
It's normal for your breasts to become sore at different points in your cycle, usually around the time you ovulate and before your period. It's from the changes in your hormones and again is perfectly normal.
The bumps you are seeing are the Montgomery’s glands. These glands usually appear as tiny, raised bumps on the surface of the areola. The Montgomery's glands purpose is to lubricate the areola.
The bumps are normal. Mine were sore at times when flare up of Fibromyalgia or whatever other health problem. Take no chances, see a doctor. You just never know. You really could be pregnant unless you are a virgin. There is no 100% sure birth control method. Please, humor me and see your doctor.
