masturbating is a normal part of puberty, when hormone levels rise and things begin to develop masturbating is a part of discovering your body and that is not sin, the sin is in the lust or fantasy giving rise to the orgasm it's self, so if you can enjoy yourself without lusting about a person or another individual, then is it sin? only you can answer this question because sin is described by your faith not mine or some one elses but yours, if you must be sure anything you use in or on your vagina is clean as you can give yourself a bacterial infection!
