Can a Woman With Lupus Have A Breast Augmentation?

Question:

I'm asking because a new girl at my job has had a boob job, and swears she has Lupus and had her breasts done after she was diagnosed. Lupus is an auto-immune diease. Her immune system would, if she has Lupus, attack her implants and she would have a "Lupus Flare" the whole time her implants are in.
