ok so i've been on the ortho evra patch for 1 yr now and my periods have always been pretty much the same every month.about a week ago when i wiped it was brown like old blood and then i was spotting blood (only when i wiped)for about 4 days now. it has mostly stopped.im suppose to get my period on saturday.what could this be?should i be worried?

It may be that your patch isn't strong enough for you, so if it happens again next month, go back to your doctor and they will probably prescribe a stronger dose patch. It's still protecting you from pregnancy, it's just not enough to stop bleeding.
