i gave bith about three months ago and had unprotected sex with my husband about three nights ago. he didn't "go" inside of me, but i am VERY worried about being pregnant. i'm supposed to start my period tomorrow. i have been on birth control since my six week check up, so i've been on it for about to months. i hard you are very fertile after you have a baby... is that true and if so, for how long?

okay, let me put it to you like this, yess, you are very fertile after having a baby, im not sure for how long, but after i had my first child, i went on the birth control pill, and low and behold when my first child was four months old, i found out i was pregnant AGAIN.. i was taking my pill exactly how i was supposed to, everyday, at the same time each day, and well, i now have 2 babies that are 13 1/2 months apart :0 so, i would just say, be careful, i opted for an IUD after the 2nd baby!!
i think it would still be possible to get pregnant even if he didn't come in you, because pre-come contains semen also.
If you are on birth control then you don't need to worry.
