UGH whats wrong with me...tampon..?

why not?

The best way is if you have a handheld mirror or a floor mirror in your room. Just sit in front of the mirror and read the instructions. Just kind of rumage around until you find it. It helps if you use some kind of lube. Maybe vasine or something. it would make the tampon easier to push in. Make sure its comfortable and doesnt hurt. If it does, take it out and try again.
first get small tampons to start I like Tampax pearl or Playtex gentle glide get lite or regular
next slide you re finger down past between your labia you should feel a small opening you can even use a mirror you really cant but a tampon in the wrong hole unless you re trying to put it in you re rectum
If you re having problems getting it in try some KY jelly you can buy it at most pharmacy's its usually with the condoms you jut put it on the tip of the tampon it will help it slip in better
Stand up and put one foot on the toilet lid and relax. Use your hands to explore your vagina and don't be afraid to insert a finger to get an idea of how to put in the tampon. It's not unnatural to explore your own body. Once you get to know your own body it's much easier to use a tampon. I learned this the same way you are. If you can, get a handheld mirror and actually watch were you're putting your hand so you can see exactly what you're doing.
