Before period symptoms?

Question:

could you tell me some symptoms that are usually before your first period??

Answers:
mood swings
depression
general crampiness in lower abdomen
sore breasts
bloating
mild to extreme fatigue

light brown discharge* (this stuff WILL STAIN ur underwear and bedding so get stain remover)

headache
backache

*you may notice this prior to the day you start, maybe even a couple of days before ... not anything to worry about but IS a sign you will get your period immienently. You may also see bright red blood thereafter. THAT is your period, and you should use pads or tampons.

Before my first I was moody, and kinda depressed. My first period snuck up on me when I started 6th grade.
