you can take adult vitamins. the child and adult vitamins have very little difference.

You can take flint stone vitamins for the rest of your life, they're no more better or worse for you than adult vitamins. If you don't want to take something that makes you feel like a kid, get the women's one a day vitamin packs. Either way, both vitamins contain about the same amount. Also, the flint stone (or children's vitamins in general) would be better for you, those vitamins are made for a growing body-your body is still growing.

All you need mostly is vitamin healthy food. cut down on the junk foods, fry foods. watch your fats in every thing you eat, read the labels. If you have to take a vitamin, a simple Malta vitamin is all you need, if you don't have any problem. At 13, you have every thing going for health wise, you just have to keep on track with the food you eat. Just be normal with your food consumption, don't go over board one way or the other, meaning don't to eat to little or to much, keep healthy with your three basic meals per day, with maybe some light smacks in between. If you take a vitamin, take it with a good meal.

i think u shuld drink milk itz the best for vitamins nd at thiz age u dont need so many vitamins u will develop ur body naturally.just hav fresh nd healthy food
