I would take another test in a week, other than that it could be a hormone inbalance I would call my gyno after your sure your not pregnant and discuss it with her...
Have you had a child? Some women never completely dry up. Other wise, small amounts of a clear discharge arent anything to really worry about. If its cloudy, yellow/green or has an odor, get it checked out.
