Question:
HELP SOON!!!!
Answers:
If you mean your period, no it is NOT normal to have it that long at all and especially heavy. Go to the doctor ASAP.
Are you on some kind of birth control??
NO ITS NOT NORMAL. Have you told anyone? Like your mom?
You have what?
go to a doctor
Ummm go to a doctor...
you might want to talk to your mother and tell her what is going on and maybe you should also go to the doctor if they are that long.
Where is your mom? If you are flowing heavily for a very long time you are going to need to be seen by a doctor. Don't wait!
idk
No I don't think this is normal, you are only 11, tell your mother now.
I think this is something you should ask your doctor, not YouQA.com . . .
Please tell your mom about it immediately or your dad if you can't talk to her for some reason and if that's not possible someone you can rely on. It's not normal and you should see a doctor. Good luck.
I think you should see a guidance councilor.
I had the same problem once and didn't know what to do. It's embarassing to talk to family cause.well it just is. It's hard, but you do have to tell someone and schedule an appointment with your doctor or go to a medical clinic. You are allowed to see your doctor alone, so you won't feel as awkward as you would with your parent in the room. The doctor may prescibe birth control because it could be hormonal, but they will ask you questions to figure out what it is and what you need (and you must answer honestly).
Birth control does more than prevent you from becoming pregnant, it helps control your period, helps with cramps and it's really easy to take (it even helps with acne problems). Plus they have all kinds of different forms now so you don't have to just take the pill form. This is all stuff you should discuss with your doctor.
