I have this littleblack thing at the top of my clit I dont know if its a disease or supposed to be there HELP!

I dont really know the anatomy of my vagina. Earlier, I looked at my vagina and there was a black thing on my clit. I dont know if its a disease or should be there or what. But Im really scared. Help me please!!
