I suffer from PMDD and can't get B.C pills because of my headaches and eye problems, is there any other help?

Question:

My PMDD is absolutely horrible, I wish I could not have such extremes, My Dr won't give me the pill because I was having horrible headaches with previous B.C Pills and my eyesight was having some scary moments. Is there anything I can take to help ease my PMDD symptoms?

if you do not trust your doctor's expertise, make an appointment with another gyn for a 2nd opinion.
