Answers:
There is nothing wrong with masturbating, I don't see how it is ruining your life though, doing something that feels good to yourself is not a bad thing, your not hurting anyone and it's safe and no chance of getting a nasty std.it could be your hormones causing the increase in you doing it, and it's become sort of a habit now where you just do it without really thinking about it. Many people pleasure themselves daily, I would in no way feel ashamed about it. Trust me your totally 100% normal and have nothing to be ashamed or afraid of.
If you enjoy it, why stop. The thing is, you have to get the thought that it's "bad" out of your head, and realise it's something completely natural. Just do it when you feel the need to. If you were doing that like 20 times a day, you'd need theropy, but once a day is more normal than not doing it at all lol.
It's perfectly normal to masturbate daily. I do. Sometimes even more then once!
Don't worry. It's not ruining your life.

If you really MUST stop, the only way to do it is to stop cold turkey.
pray
many people have this problem.
its kind of normal.
but it shouldnt be.
just in the world today it is.

anyways, the only thing you can do is NOT.
especially when your going to not try is when it will get to be the hardest.
Your a teenager!! Everybody has been there. Does it keep you from going to school? having friends?? Guess it doesnt stop you from having a boyfriend. Its normal dont think you are a bad person. When it interupts your regular life, then its a problem
As long as it doesn't interfere with what you need to do or social activities, what's it matter? It's a good stress reliever and very normal. If it starts to get in the way, you may want to get into some other activities, but there is nothing morally or physically wrong with it.
Your young, dont worry about how many times you do it. If you want to stop then just stop. It could have turned into a nervous habit.
Honey, there's nothing wrong with masturbation and you are perfectly normal - even doing it every day. Don't worry about it - it's natural!! Most guys do it every day - or more.!
Sweetie lol... im a 17 year old girl and well... the MAJORITY of us masturbate about once a day XD theres nothing to be worried about and you dont have to fantasize about your lover i have a b/f as well and dont usually think about him when im "doing business" its perfectly healthy and normal what your doing
masturbation is normal however it does become an issue when it engulfs your life. Do you avoid family time or friend time to masturbate? or do you find yourself constantly thinking of when you will be able to masturbate? if you do then masturbation may be a problem for you. If not then you are perfectly normal.
You should just make yourself busy with other things
if you're watching tv just do something like a puzzle or something handheld that will keep your hands busy...
You're just starting to explore your sexual curiousities. It's not bad to masturbate.there are no ill side effects. If it worries you that later in life you won't enjoy sex as much - you'll just have to trust the "aged voice" and realise that sex is natural. The more you explore your body the more you'll appreciate it when you are older and ready to really explore your sexuality with the right one!

(However I do believe you are too young to engage in full on intercourse.but that's my opinion for another time!)
ok gurl here's what you do. it is completely normal for you to be materbating daily. it could just be out of boredom, or maybe you just have an over active sex drive. 12 is kind of young. also you do not have to tell your parents if you go to an organization called planned parent hood. you can go there and ask a gyno any questions you want with assurance of complete confidentiality.
masturbation is completely normal and can be good for your health honestly but if it has become a problem for you u need to seek help. it shouldnt effect your life or its not a good thing. maybe its a nrvous disorder. i knew a little girl that was like 4 and everytime shed get upset or sad or something she would rub herself down there and the doctors said its just a nervous thing.. but if its not like taking over your life or nothing.. i wouldnt stress it just keep playing ;)
just think about other things to do...if it bothers you that much..but if you enjoy it then keep doing it..its your choice...have fun =)
Why is it ruining your life? Its normal and it isn't bad.
its 100% normal
If it feels good, do it. Theres nuthin wrong with rubbin one off while watching TV.
