Question:
I'm taking estradiol and read that taking a testosterone along with it will help with fatigue and sex drives. I also get a little dizzy with the estradiol. I had a full hysterectomy and need some help on what to do about hrt (hormone replacement therapy). I also have hot flashes, not real bad, but this just started not too long ago and at first didn't have hot flashes when i started taking the estradiol. please help!

The studies that seem to show the positive correlation between HRT and heart disease showed that there is more risk of problems when the testosterone. Altho it is supposed to help with sex drive, personally I did not recieve any benifit worth the possible risk.
You should not be having hot flashes and you may need to have meds adjusted. I did well with Primerin. Ive been off all hrt for years and am fine.
