Cellulite problem and saggy bottom - I'm in my 30's and very slim, but I have cellulite on my bottom...

Question:
and on the back of my upper thighs. What can I do about all of this?

Answers:
Some of the alternatives above are great.

When my sister was pregnant, she began to show stretch marks, I suggested rubbing ground coffee on the marks, as well as, olive oil on a regular basis.

Throughout her pregnancy, the marks became less visible, and right after she had my niece, they were almost entirely gone.

If you want to try it, take coffee, grind it into dust, mix with hand lotion, rub this on your stretch marks for a minute each day, then shower. Your skin will be firmer and smoother.

Other solutions are:
- Exfoliating then moisterizing with sesame oil.
- Keep your legs elevated (ottoman) while watching tv, reading, etc.
- Detoxifying your body is great help, and eating low-fat, high-fiber foods, fresh fruits and vegies.
- Exercise - If you don't like working out too much, try dancing or yoga, which is quite effective for cellulite.

Methods to tighten up your tush:

- Clench your butt muscles as many times as you can throughout the day, while sitting, standing, in the shower, or while cooking, could be done anytime.
- Another exercise: Lie on your back, place hands flat on the sides, push abdomen upwards while clenching your butt (as if you were doing upward pelvic thrusts.) Do this as often as you'd like.
- Belly dancing is great for toning your waist, hips and that tushy, so perhaps you may want to enroll in some Oriental Dance classes, or as mentioned earlier for cellulite, pilates and especially yoga, great ways to perk up the backside. :-)
Exercise like jogging, treadmill is suppose to help reduce cellulite's appearance.
U gotta work it ,baby, work it! Or it will sag on ya!!
Sorry to say..90% of women have cellulite...and will ALWAYS have it. There are tons of gimicks out there from pills to stimulation therapy of trouble spots that are all a waste of money. There is no cure. You can try to tone up by working out and lifting weights, but if you are just blessed by the wonderful genes of females with cellulite.you better just smile and get used to it...sucks, but the truth.
There are quite a few different massage treatments and detoxifying treatments that work. However compression also works. By compression I mean those awful good old fashioned girdle type things. You can get a plastic surgery girdle that goes from your knees to under your breasts for around $80.less than a single treatment for any of the other methods. You just wear it 24/7 for a week or two and miraculously almost, your body has reabsorbed and flushed off the toxins that caused the cellulite. Its a cellular thing hun, not a fat issue, but we think fat. Hydroderm has a product that I tried, worked great too..man, I will have to get some money and try that one again too.
use Nivea cellulite cream or patches

I'm going to pull my hair out, reading the answers to this question. Cellulite is NOT going to disappear with any exercise or weight loss. Some people have it, some people don't. The only real way, unfortunately, is liposuction. No creams are going to make it magically disappear either.

I had cellulite before I lost 123 pounds and I have cellulite after losing 123 pounds. No creams or excessive exercise will get rid of it. It's just the way my body is. SO...I have decided to consult with a plastic surgeon.
Cellulite is a problem that can affect both slim and overwieight individuals, men and women. While it has been said that the cause of one's diet can afect or cause the development or causes of cellulite, an excess amount of salt, fat, carbs, alcohol or too little exercise can all contribute to an increase in cellulite. Focusing on target areas of where problem's at with exercise, and a healthier diet, along with decrease in stress may help in getting rid of it.
Have you tried working out those areas specifically? You should look up the exercises just for those areas of your bod.
