Yes ABSOLUTELY! Aside from my VW camper van, I consider my implants to be one of the best things I've spoiled myself with.
I feel a lot more proportionate. I am 5'7", 120-130lbs, and went from a full A-cup to a fullC/smallD. Certain clothes like halter tops and sundresses fit me a lot better now. I no longer have the worry of buying one of those dresses w/ the presewn cups and having the cups wrinkle up or sag. A lot of people have told me that my surgeon did a great job & that I chose a size that looks just right on my body frame.
I look older(even now, I look young for my age, which is 24), which therefore brings me more respect from employers, adults, and others. In the past, my innocent face and flat chest caused some people to perceive me as naive & innocent, or much younger than my age, causing me to potentially lose out on opportunities such as job leads or dating/hook-ups.

I am able to obtain some of the guys that weren't interested in me before. More older guys are into me(although I don't go for much-older guys, this DOES have the benefit of the older guys tipping me better at my jobs!). Less younger teenage guys are into me(probably because I look older), but perhaps that is for the best...at 24, I'm way too old to be going after 16-yr-olds, and when I was 21 and hooked up with younger guys, I risked legal trouble way too many times(I can't afford that kinda drama nowadays!).
Pre-surgery, my boobs were practically "dead" in the sense that they never changed size due to weight gain, PMS, pregnancy, or ANYTHING. I kept my weight low because I knew(from past experience) that if I put on weight, it would all go to my tummy and thighs...none to my boobs...making me look chubby, disproportionate, pear-shaped, & my boobs looking even smaller in comparison! But after surgery, my boob size has fluctuated more, going up as much as 1/2 cup right before my period. I put on 10-12 lbs last year & the weight distrubuted evenly, causing my boobs to get a little bigger...therefore I am not as afraid to put on a little weight.
My nipples were "dead" before surgery too. They were flat and barely distinguishable against my areolas. There was even a time when a now-ex bf commented during bed, "Your nipples never get hard, do they?" :( Since surgery, they poke out more and in the first yr after surgery, they were a lot more sensitive, which I liked during sex and foreplay.
Most importantly is what "I" think of them, and I love them. I think I look more attractive. I now look closer to my ideal of beauty, which I like.
