Why don't you keep a diary? It might help you sort out your feelings.
Its not uncommon for people of your age to feel slightly depressed, but you might feel you need to go and see a therapist again. Make sure you choose one that you can be open and honest with.
What are you doing about becoming an actress? If this goal is really important to you, why don't you sign up for an acting/ drama class?
You could even do an english literature class, because a lot of being an actor/tress, is about understanding the texts properly, and knowing what the character is feeling.
Doing an activity like these would also get you out of the house and get you making new friends.
Don't worry about being older - just try your best to enjoy being 16, even if that means going to get some help from a therapist. Often, getting help for yourself is the bravest thing you can do.

You need to go back into therapy (different therapist this time) and try to figure out how to cope with all the stress you've been under. It's not unusual for teens to start feeling that they'd like to be little again. It's getting close to when you'll be going out into the world to make your own way. Most of us felt safe when we were little, when Mom and Dad took care of everything, and made sure we had what we needed. But on top of what the average person goes through, you've had the trauma of losing and finding your father at a very young age, and of having to live with someone you don't get along with. You may think that therapy wasn't working, but it probably was working better than you thought it was. Make sure that you get a good counsellor though, because that will make a difference. If you don't want to do that, and even if you do, you should talk to your mom about what you are telling us. If that makes you uncomfortable, then maybe talk to a trusted adult. Even if you copy, paste, print and show what you wrote to us to them. Maybe you could keep a journal, it can be theraputic to know exactly what is going on in your life. Also, if you can, make yourself go outside because the sun will release endorphins in your body and make you feel happy(er). Good luck!
I'm sorry about your father but you know ,you should worry about yourself and i can see you want to become an actor and lose weight but you need to understand that there dreams ,you can always follow them later try to bond your friendship with your moms boyfriend!I know how you feel just be happy with who you are sometimes i want to be someone else two im unhappy as well!Becomeing and actor is not going to make things better as well or losing weight still hold on to those dreams!What you need to do is prey to God ask for strength ask that everthing gets better and trust me they will i have tryed it and i think it would be good idea for you as well!
