Iregular periods, are regulted by harmonal imbalance. see your gyn specalists. and watch before your period women always crave a certain type of foods three days before their peiod. like pregnant women the taste buds change. Salt and greasy foods. Your doctor can adjust your diat and meds to cntrol your harmonal imbalance.
You need to discuss with your OB/GYN sounds like a hormonal inbalance. I know it sucks but you may have to take a hormone to regulate your periods. I would not stay on them forever but it should help! Stress levels will also effect or periods.
It is normal for some women to have irregular cycles all their lives. Most range from 28 to 36 days. Just have to be prepared and watch for other clues your body gives you.
