Question:

What could cause a period to be late four months in a row. ON e of the test my gf was positive and one neg from the dollar tree??

umm maybe you should shell out a few extra bucks to get a better one just to make sure
but if you know for shur that she's not pregnant, then it could be stress, or a change in diet, or that she's just becoming more active

go to the health dept or to a plan parenting place were you can get a pregnancy test she need to take a Good test she could be pregnant

just have her go to the doctor and get one done

She's pregnant. I would try a pregnancy test from somewhere else besides uh the dollar tree.

Try spending a few extra dollars on a pregnancy test. Use multiple brands to see. If some still are negative and positive go to the doctor or a Planned Parenthood located around you.
