Start drinking coffee a lot. Coffee increases estrogen in women, which is responsible for breast growth. Speaking from personal experience.
No idea about studies for breast augmentation. Highly unlikely. One of the women I work with had her breasts done at a University hospital by one of the students and said that it was far less expensive. Whether this is the truth or not, I have no idea.
im 21 and wear a 32 A AND my right breast is like a cup size smaller than the right (meaning its less than an A cup if poosible) but if you find anything out then let me know! i have started to deal with it though, but i would like some free boobs ;)

Try to see your doctor about this problem. Breast augmentation isn't the only way to make you breasts bigger. They have different prescription drugs and hormones that they can give you to help increase the size of your bust. I haven't really heard of any breast augmentation studies that are available.
Get pregnant.
I hate that you are unhappy with your body, from a mans perspective, Alot of men (myself included) prefer small breast.. too me, anything larger than a C-cup is a total turn OFF..and GOD forbid those big saggy blue veined whoppers,,,YUCK...JMO

Mostly the experimental work is on patients who underwent cancer surgery. But you may find places they may take you.
