What treatment options are there out there for bacterial vaginosis?I was told today that there wasn`t any gel or creme available ...Is it a PH problem ? Does it go away on it`s own?

If you have a vaginal infection it won't go away by itself.
You do need to treat it and I am not sure I understood you correctly, what do you mean there is no gel or cream available in Canada? Usually its a suppository that has to be inserted into the vagina. Some medications need a prescription and some do not, but you definitely need to treat the infection
