assuming that your hymen was intact the first time, it will never feel like you are losing you virginity again...also your body now knows how to react, and adjust in a sexual situation
Once your hymen is broken through vaginal penetration, it doesn't "regenerate" or grow back. Also, oral, anal or vaginal...it's all still sex.
Once it's gone, you never get it back.

i dont think its possible to regain tightness like your first time. maybe if you wait like 5+ years you'll become tight again but not the same. depends on how much sex you've already had.
I don't know for me it's feels like it everytime I have my period. The first time after it's all cleared up and we have sex it hurt like it did when I was a virgin again.
