Answers: If you go and see your Dr he/she can tender you tablets called Norethisterone. It's is a progestogen hormone within tablet form, which is taken three times a day for three days back your period is due and consequently for seven days to delay the spell.
At the end of the seven days, the tablets are stopped and your length starts as normal. It is available on NHS prescription from your GP.
