The best thing I have found for cramps is simply ibuprofen. It works very well for my body. Just make sure you have no allergies to it or to aspirin! Sit in a nice warm bath and breathe deeply to relax yourself. A little tip I read in a magazine told me that, if you are able to tell when your period is coming, start taking a small amount of ibuprofen a day or two before. It tends to prevent cramps in the first place, and it has worked for me. Please, though, talk to your Dr. before doing this, as I am not a medical professional, and am only passing on what has worked for me. I hope you feel better!
I always took a midol right when I first get my cramps and if they are really i always took a nice warm bath and let the water go over my stomach like spalsh the water lighty over my stomach. i hope this helps
Bananas are good for cramps...
But I also take organic PMS pills (they cover the cramps and the irritability) or Advil. One of my friends (before she got married) actually had to stay home from school... and sometimes see a doctor because her cramps were SO bad.
Going to a chiropractor helps too (preferably a female one).
take 800mg of advil
regular exercise will also help ease cramps.
