I use it and the way I insert it is vertically. It pops right into place. In other words it turns horizontal when fully inside.
1. When you take it out of the package, just squeeze it in between your index and your thumb. It should bend very easily.
2. Which ever way feels more comfortable, insert it by pusing it into your vagina until it slides into place.
It should take less than a minute to do this. Also don't be afraid to move things around a bit. You shouldn't be scared of your own body. And if it doesn't work on the first try, Try again. It will become easier as you insert it more often. You won't even know its there!
If all has failed go to your doctor! If they arent any help get a doctor that will.
It is surprising that the doc did not ask u to give a demo if it has been rightly done. Please visit him again and tell him that his services were deficient, if he demands charges.
