Pains on the right side of abdomen?

Question:
I've being having this continues pain on the right side of my abdomen since I started my periods. My periods were over today but i'm still having this pain, it never stops.
I took the plan B ( i have unprotective sex) like about a week back just before my periods start, then my periods were late 3 days.
I'm just worried about this pain i'm having.. should i go see a dr. or wait?

Answers:
i have the same or a similar pain.
i went to my doctor they ruled out a urine infection and didnt want to help me any further. i stil have the pain some days worse than other with no relation to periods.
i think you should check yourself out with a doctor first though.then if it a prgnancy you are concered about then they will test you.
Dont worry stay calm and get pro help for startes...Take care
xx
get a pregnancy check if positive, get to the doctors quickly it could be ectopic - this is life threatening if not diagnosed quickly
Baby---unprotected sex is not cool... Get married and the two of you plan your children. The pain needs to be researched by the Doctor. Please see one soon...Babies are not a good idea if you are single... After you have the baby and the BF heads for Alaska. Guys will not date girls with babyies... It labels you as a loose cannon. Cannon---low morals and low respect for themselves..
which area of the right side of the abdomen is it? i think the area you are referring to is the lower quadrant of the right side.
it is very natural for pain to persist around the time of periods. if it persists for a day or two more, ask your doc for a combination of an NSAID and an ANTISPASMODIC. that should get you up and running.
(and be assured that your having unprotected sex has nothing to do with the pain.)
You should see a Doctor. How do you know it isn't appendicitis?
If the pain persists, visit to a doc is must.
