Is this normal? Is semen supposed to stay inside the body all the time or it will "overflow"??

No, it doesn't reduce your chances of getting pregnant.
What goes up must come down, it's probably his little swimmers that are dying off just coming out. You need to have the correct enviorment down there to get pregnant, which you onlyu have for a few days each month. If he does his business in there and you don't leak it's a good sign. But if you do it doesn't man you won't get pregnant just less of a chance on that particular day. Sperm will thrive in a "fertile" enviorment meaning the egg wite crevical mucus, if you are on a fertile day then you usually have this. Although, some women will never see it, it is there.
You could be allergic to his semen. The reaction you describe sounds like inflammation. If it is, it could affect your fertility ( at least with him). See your doctor.
possible he has a yeast infectoin, yes guys get it too, or maybe he has a lot of ejaculate. wich is ok. use a condom one time to see the actual amount of fluid... wear a pad , dont use a tampon, you want it to come out. douche if u want to. but nothing with perfume, just use a simple medicated one. yes i know docs say dont douche , but if you use it once in a great long time then it will NOT hurt you.yes i know about that after sex-squidgy feeling. ... i shower, wear a pantyliner, douche when i need to.
is this white stuff comes out immediately after you done it. if so this is normal it is definitely excess semen that does not successfully entered your cervix. if this comes out after few days or a week, it is likely caused by an infection.

Unless his sperm is dead, I'll say you have a very good chance of getting pregnant.,,with that large amount of ejaculatory fluid. Use a tampon to absorb excess fluid. or use a Pantie liner.It's not wise to take more than 2 douches a month.
I have that sometimes the next day but usually no longer. It will all of a sudden want to come out. I call it a *SURPRISE* from my husband! LOL (Yea, that's gross, I know) Sperm can live inside you 3 to 5 days.
