Answers:
If you have to change into a paper dress then i would just leave my underwear on!! i mean i had to geta check up were i had to wear the paper dress and i still wore my underwear underneath!!
Just be naked under the gown, because it will be awkward if you have to strip out of your bra when the doctor comes in to check your back.
splash water on it and you'll feel greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat
Yes every time you go you have to put on the paper dress also you need to take off yor bra but leave your pantys on SORRY!
The doctor will tell you if you have to take those things off. Don't know why you would have to take your panties off for them to look at your back. Bra yes, panties no.
When the nurse hands you the gown, ask her if you can leave your underclothes on. She has heard that question before and she will not mind you asking.
If they are checking your back, they may want you to at least remove your bra.
Also ask if she has a cotton gown instead of paper. Sometimes they do.
Don't feel bad. Almost everyone freaks out about going to the doctor. I still do, and I'm 44.
i would leave my undergarments on. (at least my underwear!) ask the nurse if u should leave them on.
depends i didnt
